Bâoli's chef Gustavo Vertone introduces a new $65 burger
Bâoli Miami’s Executive Chef Gustavo Vertone’s newest over-the-top creation is the Bâoli Kobe Burger. With a $65 price tag, this decadent burger stays true to their extravagant style and is most certainly worth it. Far from ordinary, the Bâoli burger is made with fresh kobe beef, heirloom tomatoes, foie gras, black truffle slices and topped with a quail egg. The burger sits atop warm brioche bread and is served with Bâoli’s beloved truffle fries.
This burger is not the only classic dish Vertone has revamped. The menu also includes favorites like truffle mac n cheese, black truffle risotto in a parmesan wheel, miso roasted seabass and many others. With four locations, the Bâoli burger can be found at 1906 Collins Avenue.
