The Flaming Lips to Play New Year’s Eve in Aspen

Belly Up Aspen’s holiday lineup usually includes back-to-back bookings of some of the country’s hottest acts in one of the nation’s best music venues, and this year is starting to pan out the same way. It was recently announced that The Flaming Lips will play the 450-person on New Year’s Eve, plus another show on Dec. 30. The psychedelic rockers are no strangers to Belly Up, having played the club several times before. Previously, acts like Jane’s Addiction, CeeLo Green and Z Trip have also performed on New Year’s Eve.
