
Bruno Mars to Perform at Super Bowl XLVIII
Get ready for the sultry musical stylings of Bruno Mars at this year’s Super Bowl! The 27-year-old musician is slated to perform during half-time of the NFL’s title game on Feb. 2, 2014 at MetLife Stadium, according to a new report from the Los Angeles Times. The official announcement will be made an event in Times Square on Sunday.
Halftime shows typically draw more than 100 million television viewers each year. Recent performers have included Beyonce, Madonna, The Black Eyed Peas and The Who.
Mars’ latest album, “Unorthodox Jukebox,” is currently ranked No. 9 on the Billboard chars. His most popular tracks include “Locked Out of Heaven,” “Just the Way You Are” and “Grenade.”
