Anna Wintour is ready for her close up! The notoriously social media-shy fashion editor made her first appearance on Instagram to promote Vogue‘s September issue. Wearing her signature black sunglasses and a textured jacked, Wintour is seen peering from behind the magazine.

To ensure that the #voguestagram captured her very best side, the Conde Nast Creative Director enlisted professional photographer, Taylor Jewell to take the snapshot.
