Last March, actress Cate Blanchett signed a $10 million fragrance deal to star as the face of Giorgio Armani’s women’s fragrances. Though critics were quick to point out the exorbitant paycheck (For comparison’s sake, Brad Pitt received $7 million for Chanel, while Leighton Meester received $3 million for Vera Wang), Blanchett is showing skeptics that she’s worth every penny!

In the tasteful and elegant ad, the Australian actress dons a crisp white button down, natural makeup and full-bodied hair alongside a bottle of the Italian fashion house’s Sí fragrance.
