LG’s 55-Inch Curved TV Available in NYC for $15,000
Though flat-screen TVs have been the staple for years, two Korean electronic manufacturers have started selling televisions with concave screens to “envelop the viewer.”
Both LG and Samsung have designed screens where the middle bends away from the viewer using breakthrough technology in which the picture is formed through a bendable layer of organic light-emitting diodes.
The LG TV is being sold for $14,999 at selected Best Buys across the country, including New York City.
