Prada Launches Luna Rossa 34th America’s Cup Edition
Prada has unveiled the Luna Rossa 34th America’s Cup Limited Edition in celebration of the the most coveted and elusive prize in sport and the apex of the sailing world.
The new fragrance was named after the sailboat and the sailing team “Red Moon” or Luna Rossa, which participates in the American Cup competitions.
Designed by Yves Behar, designer, entrepreneur, and sustainability advocate, the Luna Rossa bottle is inspired by the technological excellence and sleek, dynamic beauty of extreme sailing boats. The 34th America’s Cup Limited Edition is a variation of the original Luna Rossa bottle with the addition of a silver, mirrored lower portion topped with an elegant white cage that features the luminous, red Prada logo. The design of the bottle reflects the power of the elements along with strength and sophistication.
This collector’s edition features the contemporary and masculine Luna Rossa fragrance while highlighting Prada’s tradition of participating in the extreme sailing competition.
