Aspen Produces Top Real Estate Agents in Colorado
It pays to be a real estate agent in the Aspen area. Real Trends released its nationwide report of the top agents in the country, and when it comes to sales by volume, the top three in Colorado are all from Aspen. Topping the list is Craig Morris of Aspen/Snowmass Sotheby’s International Realty, with $248,777,752 in total dollar volume for 2012. Joshua Saslove of Joshua & Co. ranked second with $176,870,000, and Carrie Wells of Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Real Estate placed third with $120,164,650. Steven Shane, of Shane Aspen Real Estate, placed sixth.
The other top brokers hailed from the Vail area, proving that Vail and Aspen continue to be regions in the country with some of the most expensive real estate. Real Trends publishes annual rankings of the top 1,000 real estate agents and teams in the United States by transaction sides and dollar volume. View the complete list here.
