Surfer-turned-guitarist Makua Rothman jammed out to island melodies during Boulevard Pool’s Set Your Life to Music series at the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas on Thursday night. He transported the captivated audience to his native Hawaii, playing tunes like “Girl Like You,” “Too Long” and “Sweet Sunshine.” With an ever-growing fan base, Rothman will undoubtedly continue to make waves on the mainland’s music scene.
