MOMIX Botanica Returns to Aspen Santa Fe Ballet
Moses Pendelton’s world of dance illusion returns to Aspen this weekend with MOMIX Botanica. The sensual world of flowers and plants comes to life on the Aspen District Theatre stage as the troupe unveils a universe of surrealistic images using props, light, shadow, humor and the human body. Set to Vivaldi, the program is mysterious and captivating.
MOMIX is hosted by the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet as part of its summer season. Performances are at 8 p.m. on Friday, July 12 and Saturday, July 13. Tickets start at $25 and are available at aspenshowtix.com. For more information, call (970)920-5770.
