Kate Hudson Has Star-Studded Surprise Party in West Village
Even though Kate Hudson said that she wanted to lay low on her 34th birthday, her fiance, Matthew Bellamy, had other ideas in mind. The 34-year-old musician organized a secret bash in Manhattan’s trendy West Village neighborhood in honor of his future bride.
“Kate was totally surprised,” a source told Us Weekly. “The party started outside, but it was freezing so people moved inside and danced.”
Despite the chilly weather, several A-listers came out for the chic soiree including Cameron Diaz, Judd Apatow and Leslie Mann. “Kate loves to dance and she was just really happy talking to everyone,” the source added. “She looked beautiful and beaming in a tight metallic dress.”
