Harry Winston Sponsors Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Sixth Annual Spring Ball
Several members of New York’s social elite gathered at the Metropolitan Museum of Art for the Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Sixth Annual Spring Ball. The chic event was sponsored by Harry Winston, who enlisted event planners to create a dramatic installation of votive candles spelling out the company’s initials on a sweeping stairwell, reports W Magazine.
Following cocktails in the museum’s main hall, guests were served dinner surrounded by cherry blossoms and candelabras beside the Temple of Dendur. “This really is the most glamorous place to have a party,” said event guest Jamee Gregory.
Proceeds from the soiree benefitted the Targeted Therapy Translational Research Program for Kidney Cancer.
