Haute Event: The American Museum of Natural History’s Museum Dance 2013

For more than four decades, the American Museum of Natural History’s Museum Dance has captured the attention and imagination of young New Yorkers. This year, guests journeyed under the sea for a spectacular evening of dinner, dancing and a silent auction.

The event also celebrated the museum’s new spring exhibition Whales: Giants of the Deep the 10th anniversary of the Milstein Hall of Ocean Life. All of the funding raised will go towards scientific and educational programs, which enable thousands of New York City school children to visit the museum.

Notable attendees included Ivanka Trump, Jared Kushner, Elizabeth Kurpis, Melanie Lazenby, Lauren Remington Platt, Michelle Harper, Ben Oppenheimer, Jenny Shimuzu, Flo Fulton, Scott Miller, Caren Brooks, Alexandra Lind Rose and Barbara Regna, Stephanie Kamfar.
