The Fontainebleau resort on Miami Beach has announced that they are launching Cellar 1954, a wine and dinner series featuring monthly events to pair the most prestigious wines and winemakers with award-winning cuisine.
Honoring the year that Fontainebleau Miami Beach originally opened, 1954, the new series is an exclusive opportunity to experience fine dining paired with wines from acclaimed winemakers such as Opus One, Dom Perignon, Kosta Browne and Veite, among others. The first event will take place on April 24 with special guest Kristina Dunn from the hotel’s Gotham Steak restaurant. According to the event notice, the event will begin at 8 p.m. and seating is limited. Tickets to this event are priced at $195 per person. The menu will include Farro Rissotto, Roasted Rack of Lamb, Dry Aged Rib-Eye, and Jivara Chocolate Cream.
According to Beverage Director and Head Sommelier, David Mokha, “We created Cellar 1954, Wine & Dinner Series by Fontainebleau for local foodies, wine lovers and resort guests to experience the best of Fontainebleau Miami Beach.”
