Celebrate Spring in Belgraves, a Thompson Hotel’s Edible Garden
Though it doesn’t feel like it, Spring is actually just around the corner. And in London, that means one thing: the 2013 RHS Chelsea Flower Show is almost upon us. Easily one of the most anticipated events in London’s annual social calendar, the Chelsea Flower Show is the inspiration for countless restaurant menus, Regent Street displays, shop window designs, and thankfully, cocktails.
While we haven’t set the entire itinerary down in stone, we have already earmarked a night for Belgraves, a Thompson Hotel’s Edible Garden. They will be transforming their terrace into a spring wonderland, complete with a living wall of edible flowers and an interactive cocktail station. There will also be daily “Edible Flower Cocktail Classes” and “Food & Flower Pairing Tutorials”.
And if you book a stay at the hotel between May 21-25 you can opt for the Bed, Brunch & Botany experience. In addition to an overnight stay, you will also be entitled to brunch for two in bed, automatic access to Belgraves, a Thompson Hotel’s Edible Garden with two complimentary cocktails and an Edible Flower recipe book to take home. Sounds like fun, no?

20 Chesham Place
