Haute 100 Miami Update: Forbes Names Micky Arison Richest Man In South Florida
Forbes has just named Miami Heat Team Owner, Micky Arison, as South Florida’s richest individual. Arison was ranked in the 211th slot on the richest list with $5.7 billion. His sister, Shari Arison, was not too far behind in the 308th slot with $4.2 billion.
Other South Floridians on Forbes richest list included Haute 100-lister and owner of the Miami Dolphins, Stephen Ross, with $4.4 billion in the 286th slot; and he also happened to tie with Gustavo Cisneros and his family who owns Miami-based Venevision. Another one of our very own was Phillip Frost, Miami medical entrepreneur, who came in at No. 554 with $2.6 billion.
