Many can look forward to Jeremy Fox, Barnyard in Venice to open on February 1. The grand opening will feature the tastings of the former chef de cuisine at Tasting Kitchen, Jesse Barber, who once worked at Thomas Keller’s French Laundry. Barber also known as “purist” is now the executive chef at Barnyard and will be sharing his some of his classic and Mediterranean cooking skills, including his love of seasonal ingredients to create one of the most interesting menus ever.
