Is Katie Holmes Planning to Skip New York Fashion Week?
IMG recently released its preliminary schedule for New York Fashion Week and Holmes & Yang, the clothing line that Katie Holmes co-designs with her stylist Jeanne Yang, is noticeably absent. The label made its NYFW debut last season and received lukewarm reviews, but an outstanding amount of press.
Comprised of only 14 looks, her previous collection focused on “evergreen styles” that explored “the juxtaposition between menswear-inspired silhouettes and feminine fabrications” per the show’s notes.
Hopefully Holmes has simply been too busy with her Broadway show, “Dead Accounts,” to organize a presentation and still plans to show next month.
