db Bistro Moderne Hosts Four-Course Tasting Dinner January 15th

There are still tickets available for this amazing experience tonight at db Bistro Moderne. Join winery ambassador Guillaume Cuvelier, Sommelier Christopher Lindemann and Chef Matthieu Godard of db Bistro Moderne for a crafted a four-course menu paired with the perfect wine. Menu offerings include Roasted Peking Duck; braised leg, crispy confit grilled treviso, cippolini onions and yellowfoot chanterelle mushrooms and Bread Crusted Dorade with artichokes and fingerling potatoes. Wine highlights include Cuvelier Los Andes Colleccion Gran Vin 2008, Château Leoville-Poyferre and St. Julien Grand Vin 2004.  Tickets are $150 per person plus tax and gratuity. If you can’t make it tonight, upcoming wine dinners are Thursday, February 21st and Wednesday, March 13th.
