The 43-year-old, Long Beach native, was pronounced dead, along with six others on December 9, after a report plane carrying them crashed in northern Mexico shortly after take-off.
The singer’s family has requested that all donations from fans be made to the Jenni Rivera Love Foundation. As for the burial service for the mother of five, Rivera’s family has stated that it will be held privately.
