Haute 100 NY Update: Alex Rodriguez Benched Again During Last Night’s Yankees Loss
New York Yankees manager Joe Girardi continued to shuffle his lineup last night during the team’s 2-1 loss to the Detroit Tigers in the American League Championship Series. Sluggers Alex Rodriguez and Nick Swisher both warmed the bench at Comerica Field as the Bronx Bombers saw their World Series prospects dim with a new 3-0 deficit in the seven-game ALCS.
But Girardi refused to concede that panic had set in.
