Hamptons International Film Festival Honors Ann Roth and Richard Gere

During the Hamptons International Film Festival on October 6, costume designer Ann Roth and legendary actor Richard Gere will be honored.

Moderated by CNN correspondent Alina Cho and hosted by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Hamptons International Film Festival will present Richard Gere and Ann Roth with the Golden Starfish Award for Lifetime Achievement. Roth has worked in the film industry for six decades on over 100 films, including The English Patient, The Day of the Locust, Hair, Julie & Julia, The World According to Garp, The Birdcage and more.

The 20th annual film festival will take place on October 6 at Guild Hall. Alec Baldwin is scheduled to host the celebration for Gere.
