Reminiscent of a remote island paradise, The Peninsula Clear Lake was masterfully created to capture nature’s beauty and serenity that only secluded pristine waterfront views can provide. Nestled alongside 4,400 feet of immaculate shoreline, the property offers its Texan residents unprecedented solitude in a quaint community comprised of 37 estate homes and four family compounds.

Conveying the essence of prosperity, the grounds combine luxury with natural beauty. The architectural design is the ingenious creation of nationally acclaimed luxury home designer Robert Dame. The Peninsula Clear Lake takes extravagant living to new heights, offering its residents optional private boathouses and docks with direct channel access to Clear Lake, Galveston Bay, and the Gulf of Mexico. With Tuscan, Mediterranean, and Spanish influenced craftsmanship, the waterfront community is reflective of a remote, old-world locale with all the amenities and conveniences of contemporary living. The elegant homes, ranging in size from 4,400 square feet to more than 10,000 square feet, masterfully integrate classic beauty with romantic charm, while each home has 44 feet of private waterfront shoreline.

David Goswick, executive director of Historical Real Estate Inc., and Richard P. Browne, a world-renowned land planner who has developed more than 16 new towns worldwide, combined their technical aptitude and architectural vision to create this exceptionally unique and luxurious shoreline community. Although the development has a remote feel, it is conveniently situated just 35 minutes from downtown Houston, 30 minutes from Galveston, and 20 minutes from Hobby Airport.

Determining that there was a major void in the availability of exclusive single-family homes along the Texas Golf Coast, Historical Real Estate Principal Richard P. Browne sought to create elite residential communities that would be particularly appealing to boating aficionados. Clear Lake has been referred to as the boating capital of Texas and is home to the third largest boating fleet in the country. “The Peninsula has direct channel access all the way to the Gulf from their backyard,” says Phyllis Foster, realtor at REMAX Associates in League City, Texas. “This is what yacht owners have wanted and needed. There is always a demand for quality new homes on the Clear Lake waterfront.”

As an added feature, The Peninsula’s panoramic Clear Lake views provide its residents full visual access to a bird sanctuary and nature preserve. Taking a community approach to living that is symbolic of the sun-drenched neighborhoods in California and Florida, the grand estates provide residents with a customized environment to enhance both their comfort and lifestyle.

Releasing the homes on a first-come-first-serve basis, Historical Real Estate Inc. hopes to put each property on the market within the next 18 months, starting at $1 million. In an effort to accentuate the exclusivity of the properties, the developers will release only seven homes, five waterfront lots, and one family compound during the Peninsula’s debut this summer. With your own secluded peninsula sanctuary, achieving joie de vivre has never been easier.
