The Kardashians Top the Owner Search for West Coast
The Kardashians have been no stranger to fame and having the finer things in life, but recently they’ve been crowned #1 owner for the entire West Coast search in 2011.
In 2010, Kim Kardashian purchased a luxury Beverly Hills home for $4.8, which later led up to her trading it in for a mansion rental in which the reality star pays $40 K a month, so there’s no wonder why the Kardashians are on the very top of the list for the West Coast. Other celebrities which make the top 10 in the West Coast are Jennifer Aniston, Kobe Bryant, Steve Jobs, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Charlie Sheen.
As for the East Coast, The Trumps are #1 with 13 prominent properties in New York that includes the Trump Tower. Donald Trump is one of the most renowned real estate moguls by far, so much that Trump comes in at #3 on the West Coast, not to mention #14 on Forbes Celebrity 100 list.
Many property owners on the East Coast that top searches are Croman Realty CEO Steven Croman and Richard Parkoff, who own several properties throughout NYC.
