Manhattan Lawyer Sues Jeweler for Selling His Rolex to Drake
James McMillan is suing a NY jeweler for selling his Rolex Presidential to rapper Drake.
The NY Post reports that a Manhattan lawyer is alleging that his lost Rolex watch, bought in 2009, was sold to Canadian rapper Drake.
Lawyer James McMillan went to Rafaello & Co. on West 47th Street with his rose gold Rolex Presidential with a diamond bezel for cleaning, but a week later he was told the $30,000 watch was taken by one of the store owners, Rafael Aranbayev. McMillan was told he would get it back, but upon return to the jeweler, staff informed him that his timepiece was gone.
