New Koning Eizenberg Look for AKA in Beverly Hills
Many Beverly Hills resident can’t seem to wait for the first West Coast property for the AKA, which will feature 88 luxury extended-stay rooms, that come in either one or two bedrooms, all starting at 850 square feet. The spacious property will revamp the Crescent Apartments located in downtown Beverly Hills into modern, yet stylishly elegant by the help of Koning Eizenberg, a local architecture firm.
Koning Eizenberg plans to convert the current apartments into the AKA Beverly Hills, by changing all furnishings and fixtures in every room, along with redoing the fitness and business centers. As for the terrace on the third floor overlooking the breath-taking view of Crescent Drive, Pamela Burton & Company Lanscape Architects plan to take over from bottom to top with their expertise.
In meantime, while AKA are still in the business of finding a dining partner, guests still have the option to dine at Spago, located right in the area for convenience. In the early fall, AKA is anticipating a grand opening of the hotel.
