The Vinatta Project Announces Chef Marc Anthony Bynum as Executive Chef

Meatpacking District hotspot The Vinatta Project has just announced the appointment of Chef Marc Anthony Bynum as executive chef.

Chef Marc has earned prestige in the culinary industry after heading some of the most renowned restaurants on Long Island like Four Food Studio, Prime Restaurant, Tellers and Venue 56. His outstanding performance has earned him 3 Star Reviews from Newsday and The New York Times. In June 2010, Chef Marc appeared as a contestant on “Chopped” on The Food Network, as well as “Chopped Champions”, wherein he reached the Season Finale. His experiences inspired him to start his own business called MBynum Creations, which specializes in hospitality consulting and caters for private events.

Highlight creations on the menu made by Chef Marc include Chipotle BBQ Ribs, Organic Half-Roast Chicken and Herb Gnocchi, so look out for them when you go visit The Vinatta Project.

The Vinatta Project opened in November 2011 and has made a mark in the New York dining scene for its welcoming décor, alluring menu and personalized cocktail program.
