
The kitchen at The Omphoy is busy as ever with the help of new executive chef Michael Wurster, who’s now running things at Malcolm’s, the new restaurant at the resort. Wurster has an exceptional portfolio from working at The French Laundry in Napa to Alain Ducasse and Le Cirque in New York. The new chef graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Since former chef Michelle Bernstein and executive chef Lindsay Autry parted ways with the resort’s restaurant back in February, Malcolm’s has since taken over, offering a mouth-watering menu that includes sea urchin custard with lobster royale and caviar, tuna served with a local baby tomato confit and fava beans with a garnish of Liguorian olive oil, foie gras with truffle, strawberry and brioche. The breath-taking eatery is located at 2842 S. Ocean Blvd., Palm Beach at The Omphony Ocean Resort.
