Tesla Motors Opening Five New Stores in the United States
Prior to the launch of the Tesla Model S on June 22, Tesla Motors will open a new store in The Westchester shopping center in White Plains, New York. They are also planning four more store openings later in the summer in Santa Monica, California; Fashion Square in Scottsdale, Arizona; Washington Square in Portland, Oregon; and on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida.
The addition of the Westchester location will bring Tesla’s count to 22 worldwide.
Tesla Motors aims to revolutionize the somewhat mundane task of buying a new car. Locations feature hands-on exhibits of the Model S as well as a multimedia “Design Studio” where prospective clients can play around with car and pricing options for a customized Model S or the future Model X electric car.
