Hotel Okura Huis Ten Bosch in Tokyo

If you’ve ever dreamt of spending the night in a Dutch royal palace, you may be able to, if you happen to be in Tokyo. The Hotel Okura Huis Ten Bosch is a resort that is a recreation of Amsterdam’s central railway station, which was built in Tokyo to honor of the shared history because Nagasaki and the Netherlands.
Named after the Dutch Queen’s residence, Huis Ten Bosch, which translates to House in the Forest, the resort is part of Okura Hotels & Resorts. With more than 300 rooms, Hotel Okura Huis Ten Bosch features the only hot spring in the area and even an Austrian bakery. A standard room is priced at around $238. There is a two-Michelin star Ciel Bleu restaurant offering French cuisine that is located on the 23rd floor of the hotel.
Okura Hotels & Resorts have one property in Europe. Located in Amsterdam, the hotel features 300 rooms and is located just south of the city center.
