Ryan Seacrest Lists Hollywood Hills West Estate for $11.985 Million

“American Idol” host, producer and radio personality Ryan Seacrest has just listed his 10,000-square-foot Hollywood Hills West estate for $11.985 million. The multi-talented star had previously listed the home for $14.95 million in 2010.

The Mediterranean estate was built in 1974 and is located behind wrought-iron gates for added privacy. Seacrest, 37, purchased the home from Academy Award-winning filmmaker and actor Kevin Costner in 2006 for $11.5 million.

Sitting on an acre of hilltop land, the property was remodeled during Seacrest’s ownership and features both canyon and city views, a tennis court, a guesthouse, a swimming pool, a cabana and expansive compound grounds. Inside the home there are beamed ceilings, a bar, a screening room, a wine cellar and a gym.
