Hainan Rendez Vous 2012 Huge Success in China

The annual Hainan Rendez Vous was held from April 5 through April 8 in Sanya City and featured super yachts, jets and haute lifestyle brands along with an impressive showing of China’s financial elite.
The four-day event took place along the Riviera-like shores of Sanya City, welcoming dozens of luxury yacht makers from around the world, eight leading het makers and several high-end brands of real estate, supercars, haute jewelers and more.
During the event, 25 yachts were sold and many negotiations are still ongoing, proving the Hainan Rendez Vous to be an ideal platform for networking due to it’s exclusive gala dinners parties and other social events. The visitors, who are primarily the financial and social elite of China enjoy the event in part because it provides them with the opportunity to network with peers from across the country and world.
This year saw 208 exhibiting companies participating in the Hainan Rendez Vous with a number of yachts measuring over 30 meters, including Lohengrin, Helix, Northern Sun, Star and more. Luxury vehicles represented at the event included Bugatti, BMW, Bentley, Rolls-Royce and AMG.
Celebrities in attendance included Miss Universe China, Luo Zilin, cosmetics entrepreneur and media personality Yue Sai-kan and four-time America’s Cup winner Russel Coutts and Zhou Huimin.
