$30 Million Sportex Complex to Open in Moscow

A $30 million Sportex complex center will open in Moscow this fall featuring sporting-goods stores, a fitness center, a swimming pool, leisure center and multi-level indoor parking for 200 cars.
Developed by Altair, the sports and entertainment center will open on 5th Kabelnaya Ulitsa and feature 26,000 square meters of total space with 18,000 square meters of leasable space.
