Elton John Lists Two West Hollywood Condos

Music legend Elton John and his partner, David Furnish, have listed two of their West Hollywood condos, one for $1.6 million and the other for $3.5 million.

Located at The Sierra Towers, the two units feature city and ocean views and have the possibility of being combined into one larger unit. The smaller apartment, priced at $1.6 million, features 1,151 square feet of living space, one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The larger unit, priced at $3.5 million, has 1,831 square feet of living space, one bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. The building features a doorman, outdoor pool and gym and 24-hour security.

The couple is reportedly selling the units because they recently purchased a Beverly Hills home that was listed at $7.695, though the exact purchase price has not yet been disclosed. This 4,200-square-foot home has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, a half-acre of land, swimming pool, lawn, patios and cabanas.

According to public records, the pair purchased the smaller Sierra Towers unit in 2004 for $900,000 and the larger one in 2007 for $2.497 million.
