Prime Minister David Cameron Takes Part in Sport Relief Charity Run

To show his support for charity Sport Relief, and his competitive side, British Prime Minister David Cameron and his wife Samantha and their two eldest children, Nancy and Arthur, took place in Sport Relief, a charity event in England.
Joining thousands of running enthusiasts and sports celebrities, Cameron and his family swapped their political attire for sporting outfits and sprinted around a sports field in Buckinghamshire. The event was to raise money for charity Sport Relief and this was the second time that Cameron took part in the Sport Relief Mile. Cameron was seen wearing a white Sport Relief T-shirt and black shorts. He was reportedly one of the first participants to cross the finish line.
Numerous other celebrities were also on the sports field to support the cause, including Strictly Come Dancing star Ann Widdecombe, Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm, model Nell McAndrew and Olympic and Paralympic medalists Allyson Felix and Chris Holmes.
Sponsored by Sainsbury, the Sport Relief Mile is just one of many runs that happen around the country to raise money for the charity.
Former Spice Girl Melanie Chisholm said, “To make raising money for something so awful so much fun is great. I will be feeling good when I get my breath back.”
