Haute Toys: Fujifilm and Globe-Trotter Limited Edition Vulcanized Fiberboard Suitcases

In collaboration with luxury British luggage manufacturer, Globe-Trotter, global digital camera brand Fujifilm have created a limited edition Vulcanized Fiberboard suitcase including Fujifilm’s X-Pro1, lenses and accessories. The worldwide exclusive will be available at Harrods Technology.
Sold exclusively at Harrods for £5695, the Vulcanized Fiberboard cases are for the latest Fujifilm coveted X series, the X-Pro1. Twelve cases will be launching exclusively at the anticipated launch of Harrods’ Technology Department.
Handmade on original Victorian machinery, the Vulcanized Fiberboard cases feature brass rivets and locks, tan leather trim, an embossed leather “Harrods Exclusively” tag, a brass plaque and handcrafted compartments to house the X-Pro1, flash, filter and camera’s three lenses and lens hoods.
David Bland, Product Manager at Fujifilm said, “The X-Pro1 marries incredible photographic performance with classic design. We have long been a fan of Globe-Trotter’s stunning range of cases so we are delighted to be collaborating with them for this worldwide exclusive for Harrods. The case has clearly been handcrafted with the same care and precision that we put into our own products. We are certain that the striking cases will appeal to Harrods’ customers.”
