San Francisco Flower & Garden Show Benefits San Francisco Botanical Garden With Raffle

News | March 8, 2012

The San Francisco Flower & Garden Show will support the San Francisco Botanical Garden at Strybing Arboretum with a garden raffle.

The show will be held March 21 through 25 at the San Mateo Event Center. Mike Boss of Rock & Rose and John Greenlee of Greenlee Associates are building an African Savanna garden using grasses, rushes and other plants from the Suncrest Nursery in Watsonville. The plants from the garden will be raffled off, and proceeds will benefit the San Francisco Botanical Garden.

The winner of the raffle will acquire all of the plants (except for the trees). They will be delivered anywhere in the Bay Area and the design services of Greenlee will be enlisted to help install the garden in its new home.

Raffle tickets will be available at the show for $16.
