The W New York Downtown Hotel and Residences Welcomes Jeremy Lin

After choosing a two-bedroom sublet in White Plains, Knicks star Jeremy Lin is making a real estate comeback by picking up a two-bedroom rental at the W New York Downtown Hotel and Residences.

Based on the going price of other apartments in the building, Lin is probably paying somewhere between $3,600 and $8,900 per month for the apartment, which was also on the sale market for $2.315 million. The 1,182-square-foot mid-level unit is already furnished with an expected $30,000 to $35,000 of upscale Tui Lifestyle  furniture.
