Britney Spears’ Leased Property for Sale in Hidden Hills

The pop icon Britney Spears, has been known for recording a number of hit songs including, “Womanizer,” “Baby One More Time” and “Til the World Ends,” but like her star appeal, it’s not surprising that Spears has such great taste in real estate. Recently, the pop star had been leasing a Hidden Hills estate for $25,000 a month. Well, that same property is back on the market for $9.995 million.

The Hidden Hills estate has 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms, a lake, guest quarters, a tennis court, and two apartments for staff; all that you could imagine for a property which occupies 3.4 acres of land and more than enough living space at 19,000 square feet.

Earlier last year, before the luxury home was taken off the market for leasing, it was priced at $12.9 million. Now with the help of Ronald N. Tutor from Tutor-Saliba, the construction firm has reduced the market price. Tutor-Saliba has been known for several projects in the Los Angeles area; however, their most recent is the headquarters of the downtown Los Angeles Police Department. The listing agent is Tutor’s daughter, Tracy T. Maltas from Partners Trust in Brentwood. So if you’re looking for a beautiful home in the Hidden Hills area, this might just be perfect for you.
