Best known for his comedic role as Dr. Niles Crane on the show Frasier, David Hyde Pierce has listed his Los Feliz 1929 Spanish Colonial home for $7.5 million.

Best known for his comedic role as Dr. Niles Crane on the show Frasier, David Hyde Pierce has listed his Los Feliz 1929 Spanish Colonial home for $7.5 million.
The Emmy award-winning actor purchased the home in March, 2003 for $3.625 million and did some renovations and restorations a year later. He is now ready to sell the property, located in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles, and is asking $7.5 million.
The 1929 Spanish Colonial home has city and ocean views and a private pool spa area with an outdoor fireplace. There is an incredible rotuna entrance to the home with a massive staircase topped with a stained glass ceiling. There is a master suite and three additional bedrooms.
Also in the home, a library/study, a living room with a fireplace, a den with a second fireplace, a formal dining room, a large kitchen with a service area, bathrooms remodeled to the original 1920’s style, a wine vault, home theater, storage rooms, a gym and a steam/sauna area located in the spa-like bath with a changing room.
There is a separate guesthouse with one bedroom and two bathrooms.
The actor also owns a $6.3 million estate and a $2.5 million penthouse in New York, both of which he is hanging on to for the time being.
