World-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa will officially open The Nobu Hotel in Las Vegas in the fall. Offering luxury accommodations, The Nobu Hotel will showcase Japanese hospitality.

Las Vegas certainly has no shortage of luxury hotels, but master chef Nobu Matsuhisa is taking his chances by opening The Nobu Hotel in the fall. Featuring Japanese-inspired interiors, 24-hour room service menus created by Matsuhisa himself and mini-bars stocked with Nobu sake.

The Nobu Hotel will be a ‘hotel within a hotel’ – located in the Centurion Tower of Caesars Palace. Celebrity partner Robert De Niro teamed up with Matsuhisa for the project, which will feature interiors completed by interior designer David Rockwell. Once complete, the Nobu Hotel will have 180 rooms, 16 suites, a separate check-in area complete with hot towels and green tea, and an elevator bank to bring guests to the hotel tower.

Of course, as one would expect, the restaurant and lounge at the Nobu Hotel will be expansive, covering 11,200 square feet in the bottom of the hotel tower. It will be able to accommodate 327 guests and feature a sushi bar and private dining area.
