MAC Cosmetics Rumored to be Renting Space on Fifth Ave. Vacated by Red Door Spa
On the tailwinds of the Elizabeth Arden Red Door Grand Opening party last night, MAC Cosmetics is rumored to be in discussion with a commercial landlord for Red Door’s just-vacated space on Fifth Avenue. The asking price for the aforementioned space is $3,000 per square foot. Boasting about 1,400 square feet, the location at 691 Fifth would therefore be taken over by the makeup company for at least $4.2 million in rental fees.
