Brooke Shields Sells Soho Loft

News | January 18, 2012

Brooke Shields, who recently closed the curtain on her run as Morticia in The Addams Family on Broadway, turned over another leaf, as she and her husband Chris Henchy sold their co-op at 458 Broadway.

Shields and Henchy originally listed their apartment in August for $3.2 million, but the sale was for $2.95 million, according to city records.

As described by the Stribling brokers Susan Wires and Jane Gardner–the space boasts three-bedrooms, two-baths and eleven foot ceilings. Other features include a wine storage room, spacious walk-in closets, claw-foot bathtub in the master bath, and oversized windows in all rooms.
