Acqualina Resort and Spa Announces Exciting Expansion

Acqualina Resort & Spa is excited to announce the newest addition to the five-diamond brand: The Mansions of Acqualina. Anticipated to be the top tier of luxury residences in South Florida ever, The Mansions is comprised of 79 units and features a private bridge with access to the resort.

Interested parties can expect the property to launch early this year. The residences will mirror the upscale lifestyle that the resort caters to, including the sophisticated style and matchless amenities. The resort holds the record for the highest room rate in the city to date.

“Villa de Acqua”, a 4,600-square-foot model residence, will act as the preview and sample of the 79 impressive residences.

Those interested also have the opportunity to live large at the “Palazzo di Oro” penthouse, a 16,000 square feet residence that rings in at $40 million, making it the first of that caliber in Florida.

The Mansions at Acqualina will open for previews mid-January.
