The Financial District’s 56-story W New York Downtown Hotel and Residences at 123 Washington St. will arrive..Drum roll, please…May 4!
The Gwathmey Siegel-designed tower boasts a big brass canopy above the doorways leading inside to both the condos and hotel rooms, overlooks the World Trade Center and will feature the upcoming BLT Bar & Grill.
Prices are in the $2,000/ft. range and there are 29 units in contract. Developing the building for his father, Matthew Moinian, 26, has reserved the 56 floor. He was named one of New York’s most eligible bachelors.
