News | October 24, 2011

As Vice President of Cultural Affairs at Robert Mondavi Winery and wife of the revered establishment’s late founder, Margrit Mondavi catapulted the renowned winery onto the forefront of culture and culinary arts. On Wednesday, Nov. 16, she invites guests to spend an evening of fine food and wine with her.

Mrs. Mondavi has been an integral part of the cultural enrichment of the American wine community for four decades and will be sharing her story and late husband’s benchmark wines with guests at the Beaver Club Restaurant in Montreal.

The evening will feature a structured wine tasting paired perfectly with sumptuous courses to include Citrus Cured Salmon, Poached Lobster Salad, Seared Quebec Foie Gras, Lamb Duo, Local Goat Cheeses, and more.

The Beaver Club Restaurant is located in Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth Hotel, 900 Rene Levesque Blvd. W. in Montreal.

Cost for the experience is $185 per person. Spaces are limited and reservations need to be made by Oct. 31, 2011. For more information, click here. To RSVP, contact Rosanna Lombardo at 514.954.2212 or email to rosanna.lombardo@fairmont.com.
