What;s new at Zuma Miami? A lot, actually. The restaurant created the set business lunch option, opened the terrace and is now featuring light bites between lunch and dinner.
What’s New at Zuma Miami?
A lot, actually.
Zuma is now offering the Set Business Lunch option, which features an a la carte menu for $24 per person. Add a selection of main dishes, robata vegetables and desserts for an additional cost. Zuma features a private room available for lunch meetings of up to 26 people. Enjoy this option Monday through Saturday from 12-3 pm.
The a la carte menu includes:
Two Starters:
o white miso soup with scallion
o a mixed leaf salad with barley miso dressing
A choice of 1 main course dish, such as:
o sashimi selection with avocado, cucumber, asparagus and salmon roe
o Japanese rice hotpot with wild mushrooms and fresh herbs
o branzino with pickled fennel, mitsuba leaves and myoga
You can now enjoy Zuma outdoors. Lunch, light bites and dinner reservations are all available on the terrace, which holds up to 80 people.
Take advantage of the terrace seating after lunch and before dinner for light bites from 3-6 pm daily.
Menu options may include:
o Stir fried soybeans with chili, garlic and ginger
o Prawn and black cod dumplings
o Rock shrimp with lime and chili tofu
o Crispy fried calamari with green chili and lime
o Spicy friend tofu with avocado and Japanese herbs
