Tory Burch’s New Estate

News | January 25, 2010

It seems as though fashion designer Tory Burch finished her purchase of the estate on Ox Pasture Lane in Southampton that used to belong to Howard Gittis. The recently restored country home that was originally built in 1915, consists of a 18,000 square feet spread, 12 bedrooms, 12 full baths, three half baths, indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, spa, and greenhouse on over nine acres in the Estate Section. Combined with a neighbor’s $6 million purchase of the property’s carriage house, the closing number showed that $7 million was taken off its most recent listing price of $45 million.
