Chef Fabio Trabocchi No Longer With Four Seasons

News | January 13, 2010

Michelin starred Chef Fabio Trabocchi is out of the Four Seasons restaurant after only three months, according to Steve Cuozzo, who felt that Trabocchi’s meals were “the best I’d tasted at the Four Seasons in years.” Trabocchi he has yet to receive reviews for his work at the Midtown restaurant. Although we don’t know whether he quit or was let go, a reservation-ist at the restaurant blames “philosophical differences” between him and the restaurant. The Public Relations Department said that the chef left before lunch yesterday. Seeing as how it’s only been 24 hours, the search for a new chef has not begun.
