Accessories and handbag giants Andy and Kate Spade own the three-acre estate in Southampton and are looking to sell it for $5.45 million.

The duo’s summer residence features multiple buildings including a circa 1920 freestanding ballroom, library, studio, and 6,700 square feet of living space comprising eight bedrooms and 4.5 baths.
